Step into a dynamic contract role supporting high school students as an Occupational Therapist in a vibrant educational environment located near Eden Prairie, MN. The upcoming school year, running from September 8, 2026 to June 8, 2027, offers a meaningful opportunity to work directly with a diverse caseload and positively impact students’ development and academic engagement.

This position offers a competitive pay range of $45-$50 per hour, reflecting experience and skill level. With a schedule of 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, you’ll enjoy consistent daytime hours and a school-based calendar.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid and active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Minnesota, required before start date
• Previous experience working in school settings or with adolescent populations is strongly preferred
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, support staff, families, and other professionals

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized occupational therapy services to high school students based on IEP goals
• Develop, implement, and track progress on treatment plans tailored to each student’s unique needs
• Conduct assessments and participate in eligibility and IEP meetings as a valued team member
• Work closely with teachers and school staff to integrate therapeutic strategies into the classroom environment
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all services delivered
