Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions, utilizing methods tailored to the varying needs of clients.

• Assess client mental health status through psychological evaluations and standardized tests to inform treatment approaches.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with each client's goals and address their unique life circumstances.

• Provide crisis intervention services including risk assessments for suicide or self-harm and collaborate with emergency services as necessary.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and healthcare providers, to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Document all client interactions and treatment processes in accordance with organizational protocols and maintain confidentiality standards.

• Participate in the creation and implementation of best practice clinical policies that enhance service delivery.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and expertise.
