Business Process Analyst

Conduct assessments to identify gaps in readiness capabilities, resources, staffing, and processes Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to operational preparedness Create clear and actionable readiness reports, dashboards, and metrics Provide visibility into readiness to leadership and operational teams Support an upcoming high-impact mission at Fort Meade Evaluate and strengthen organizational preparedness by analyzing capabilities, resources, personnel, and processes affecting operational readiness Requirements 6 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree in a related field; or 4 years of relevant experience with a master's degree in a related field; or high school diploma or equivalent and 10 years of relevant experience Active TS/SCI/Polygraph security clearance required for consideration Mid-level experience Ability to analyze capabilities, resources, personnel, staffing, and operational processes Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret operational preparedness data Ability to create readiness reports, dashboards, and metrics Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in conducting assessments to identify gaps in operational readiness, analyzing data related to preparedness, and creating actionable reports and metrics.
