Availability to work occasional after-hours and month-end schedules as needed. Job Duties Perform accurate data entry and maintain company records and files. Utilize Microsoft Excel, email, and QuickBooks to support daily office operations. Manage filing systems and assist with general administrative duties. Communicate professionally with team members, customers, and vendors. Support month-end processes and complete special projects as assigned. Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and organization of business documents. Maintain dependable attendance and contribute to efficient office operations.
