Description:

The Licensed Vocational Nurse at client performs advanced vocational nursing work.
Provides for the care, treatment, and general welfare of individuals at client who have complex medical, mental health and/or behavioral health issues.

Responsibilities:

Provide care for patients - manage medication administration and treatments; provide medication education and complete documentation.
Perform computer data entry - Receive full training.
Comply with facility Standard Operating Procedures to meet standards for accrediting agencies, client Policy and Directives and client Standards, Rules and Directives.

Requirements:

Must possess valid LVN license.
Must have at least 2 years of experience
Must comply with client immunization requirements.
Must submit to client required drug test.
Must submit to client required fingerprinting.
Must complete facility and client required training.
