Position Overview

As an HR Intern, you'll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day functions of our HR department. From helping organize recruitment efforts to maintaining employee files and assisting with policy communications, you'll gain hands-on experience across a wide range of human resources functions.

This opportunity is perfect for a junior or senior college student looking to build real-world experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You'll Do
• Support the HR team across multiple locations with administrative and operational tasks
• Organize and maintain employee files and documentation in our HRIS system
• Schedule interviews and assist in candidate communication
• Gather and review job applications and resumes
• Help manage job postings and assist with onboarding logistics
• Draft internal HR communications and support policy updates
• Assist with job description audits and I-9 compliance reviews
• Support company events and employee engagement activities
• Collaborate with HR leadership to ensure compliance with applicable labor laws
• Other projects and tasks as assigned
What You'll Bring
• Actively enrolled in a college or university (junior or senior year preferred)
• Major or coursework in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of U.S. Labor Laws is a plus
• Bilingual skills are a bonus
• Must be 18+ with a High School Diploma or GED
Physical Requirements
• Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods
• Occasional walking or standing on the warehouse floor
• Standard office environment
