As our Customer Experience Expert, your role is to help others solve their challenges with an attitude that creates a "just say yes" experience and brightens people's day. You'll be the voice of our company—turning incoming calls into booked service appointments and ensuring every customer is left with a smile!

What You’ll Do:
- Convert incoming calls into scheduled service appointments.
- Deliver clear, engaging, and personable calls.
- Respond to customer needs, resolve issues, and foster repeat business.
- Maintain and update customer records accurately.
- Adhere to our customer complaint resolution plan to keep clients happy.
- Participate in training and outbound call initiatives to boost your success.
What You Bring:
- A proven track record in customer service.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
- Strong IT skills, fast typing, and proficiency with phone systems.
- A team-oriented mindset but with a competitive edge.
- Highly organized, with top-notch follow-through skills.
