As our Customer Experience Expert, your role is to help others solve their challenges with an attitude that creates a "just say yes" experience and brightens people's day. You'll be the voice of our company—turning incoming calls into booked service appointments and ensuring every customer is left with a smile!

What You’ll Do:
Convert incoming calls into scheduled service appointments.
Deliver clear, engaging, and personable calls.
Respond to customer needs, resolve issues, and foster repeat business.
Maintain and update customer records accurately.
Adhere to our customer complaint resolution plan to keep clients happy.
Participate in training and outbound call initiatives to boost your success.
What You Bring:
A proven track record in customer service.
Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
Strong IT skills, fast typing, and proficiency with phone systems.
A team-oriented mindset but with a competitive edge.
Highly organized, with top-notch follow-through skills.
An empathetic approach to building customer trust.
Positive, flexible, and motivated to succeed!
