About Off Leash K9 Training, LLC. We are the fastest growing dog training company in the country and are looking to add three trainers in the San Diego area. Responsibilities Handle and train small and large breeds from puppy to adult. Work with dogs that need behavior modification from anxiety to aggression. Interact with the public in a professional manner. Drive to appointments within the San Diego area. Engage in continuing education to improve training skills for both dogs and owners. Attend public relations events. Qualifications Must reside in or around the San Diego area. Must be able to board minimum two dogs at your residence for 14 days at a time (no apartment or townhome rentals). Must have reliable transportation. Must own a smartphone and a computer. Must have knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, etc. Must attend and complete a mandatory 17‑day certification course at the OLK9 Training Facility in Fredericksburg, VA; travel expenses are reimbursed 12 months after employment. Ideal Candidate Strong work ethic, reliability, honesty, and a passion for dogs. Experience in creating dog training videos is a plus. Must be able to work during peak traffic periods on weekdays and weekends. Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential. Compensation Pay is based on board and training programs completed per month and hourly lessons.

• 500 per 7‑day board and program
• 1,000 per 14‑day board and train program
• 1,500 per 21‑day board and train program
• 30 per hour for private training lessons at a local park
• 60 per hour for private in‑home training lessons (travel to client’s home)
