Talent Sourcer - Intelligence Lead

Requirements 6+ years of Talent Acquisition, executive search or talent sourcing experience, preferably within financial services or another complex professional-services environment Demonstrated success identifying and engaging senior-level passive talent Advanced experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing, research and talent‑intelligence tools Strong market-mapping and talent-research capabilities Ability to translate business needs into sophisticated sourcing strategies Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility with recruiters, business leaders and candidates Experience with Workday strongly preferred Excellent written communication and candidate-outreach skills Analytical mindset with the ability to translate talent-market data into actionable insights Experience supporting executive or highly specialized searches preferred Financial-services or banking recruiting experience strongly preferred Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in developing and executing sourcing strategies for executive-level talent, leveraging advanced tools and analytics to enhance recruitment effectiveness. Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders and translate business needs into targeted talent acquisition initiatives.
