Registered Nurse - Family Care Clinic

Day shift, 5x8 hour schedule (08:00 - 16:30).

Job Description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Family Care Clinic. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of triage processes, patient care in an ambulatory setting, and proficiency in charting using the EPIC system. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient assessment and clinical decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and provide triage services.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Conduct follow-up phone calls with patients.
• Coordinate care and schedule patient appointments.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the EPIC charting system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must hold a valid Pennsylvania or Compact state nursing license.
• BSN and BLS certifications required.
• A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in an ambulatory care or family care setting.
• Experience with EPIC charting system is mandatory.
• Previous charge nurse experience is preferred.
