HR Coordinator

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $26.00 to $32.00 per hour.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review timesheets to ensure accuracy and assist with payroll preparation.
• Address employee pay inquiries promptly and provide thorough payroll support.
• Answer HR-related questions and support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain updated files, clean systems, and organized records for compliance purposes.
• Offer general HR support by stepping into various tasks as needed to assist the team.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English, as this is a required skill.
• Have a minimum of 3+ years of experience as an HR Coordinator or 1+ year(s) of experience as an HR Generalist.
• Demonstrate experience in handling employee relations effectively and professionally.
• Show strong attention to detail, maintain confidentiality, and exhibit excellent communication skills.
• Be available for an early morning schedule from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM and commit to the May through August timeframe.
