• Clinical Role:
  • Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible (within 5 years of finishing training) pediatrician
  • Busy practice – current 2,000 active patients
  • 90% outpatient with inpatient responsibilities
  • Site sees ~30 patients per day in the clinic
  • Hospital averages 100 admissions per years, totaling about 400 patient days
  • ~550 births per year
  • Pediatricians share newborn responsibilities with Family Medicine
  • Level II Nursery
  • Join two other pediatricians
  • Will perform circumcisions
  • Call is 1:3
  • Pediatricians are not called for routine c-sections – only higher risk deliveries
  • RN and MA support
