Physician Pediatrics - Competitive Salary

Job Description

I represent a Pediatrician position located in Northwest Illinois. This is an employed position, with a base salary and bonus compensation. Practice Overview:

• Employed by 99 bed community hospital, clinic is connected to the hospital
• 4.5-day work week while on guarantee, then no PTO and work when you want
• Primary service center for 12 counties, 3-week wait list for New Patients
• Hospital has 6 bed Pediatric Unit, is a Level II Nursery and most high risk is shipped out, they average 100 admissions a year total
• The hospital averages 550 deliveries a year
• Current providers are averaging 4,000 patient encounters a year
• Hospitalist and ER support in place
• Call is 1:3, not on call for c-sections and not required to attend c-sections when working

Compensation Overview:

• 258,000-$322,000 salary plus production-based bonus potential
• Sign on and relocation up to $50,000
• 5 Days CME with $3,000 allowance that can be carried over year to year
• Comprehensive health, dental, 401k with 8% match, and vision for provider and family
