Make an immediate impact supporting early childhood and preschool students as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist on a contract basis. Key qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP in Michigan
• Previous experience with early childhood or preschool populations preferred
• Strong ability to engage and motivate young children
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Role responsibilities:

• Evaluate children to identify speech, language, and communication challenges
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that support each student’s learning goals
• Provide direct therapy services in a preschool setting at Kid’s and Company
• Maintain timely and accurate records according to school and regulatory guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic student support
• Participate in IEP meetings, progress reporting, and goal setting
• Consult with staff and parents to support carryover of strategies into classroom and home life
