Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred
• Previous experience delivering services in school or early childhood settings is highly desirable
• Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work onsite with early childhood and preschool-aged children

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for students in early childhood and preschool programs
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to each student's needs
• Provide direct therapy services, both individual and group sessions, as appropriate
• Document student progress and communicate results to educators and families
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development
• Offer guidance and training to teachers and classroom staff to support communication outcomes
• Maintain compliance with all relevant laws, protocols, and best practices
