Contracts Analyst

Serve as the first point of contact for legal requests for the business division Triage matters, manage routine requests, and elevate higher risk or complex issues to senior counsel Take ownership of increasingly complex matters over time Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including NDAs, data license agreements, technology and software licenses, MSAs, SOWs, and SaaS agreements Support automotive and dealer-related data solutions and services Collaborate with the sales team to negotiate and conclude subscription agreements Support commercial transactions, ad-hoc business projects, and strategic projects Propose innovative legal solutions and contribute to process review and innovation Conduct information review and analysis Work closely with legal team members and support matters across different business areas Participate in special projects supporting development of the business division Requirements 0-3 years' experience as a legal counsel with commercial, contracts and general legal experience from a law firm or in-house Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Excellent spoken and written English Demonstrated experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating agreements Hard-working, pragmatic, business-oriented mindset and good judgement Ability to counsel internal clients with clear, concise, and practical advice and suggest solutions within established timelines Ability to operate autonomously while being a supportive and responsive team player Positive attitude and collaborative approach with the legal team Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction preferred Knowledge of licensing contracts and data privacy laws preferred Exposure to advertising, consumer protection, and marketing laws, including UDAP principles and
