Business Systems Analyst

Eligible employees can work from home up to one day each week.How You’ll Make an ImpactPartner with stakeholders to gather requirements; translate into clear metrics, definitions, and wireframes.Build, optimize, and maintain dashboards in MicroStrategy (or Tableau/Power BI/Looker), including filters, drill paths, and role-based access.Build reports linking operational metrics to fraud outcomes (losses, false positives, dispute cycle times) to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.Analyzing complex business partners’ operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities to automate processes, functions, and systemsProviding technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirementsPrepare clear summaries for stakeholders (weekly updates, incident recaps).Maintain data quality: validate report inputs, reconcile discrepancies across systems, and escalate data issues to improve accuracy and reliability of fraud reporting.What You’ll Bring to SpectrumRequired QualificationsEducationBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceExperience2+ years business systems or IT-related experienceSkillsAbility to read, write, speak and understand EnglishAbility to prioritize, organize and manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyAdvanced Knowledge of SQL for data analysis, reporting, and troubleshootingAbility to build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports to support business analysis and decision-makingAbility to translate business needs into technical specificationsProficiency with requirement gathering, gap analysis, and stakeholder managementStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyAbility to analyze and interpret dataAbility to quickly identify business problems and opportunitiesEffective oral and written communication skills with all levels of managementKnowledge of software applications such as Word and ExcelKnowledge of applicable systemsCollaborate in a dynamic team environment and work independently as needed#LI-TC2 BSY310 2026-82467 BSY310 2026 Here, our employees don’t just have jobs, they're building careers.
