Neonatology Nurse Practitioner

Exciting Opportunity for Neonatal Nurse Practitioners in Greater Phoenix, AZ!

Pediatrix offers an exceptional opportunity for Neonatal Nurse Practitioners to join a renowned team consisting of 24 Neonatologists and 38 NNPs in the greater Phoenix metropolitan area. This full-time position includes sign-on and relocation bonuses, along with various other benefits!

• Candidates must be NNP Board Certified (no FNP, PNP, or other NP certifications accepted).
• Preferably, candidates should have 2+ years of NNP experience.
• Provide coverage at three Level III-IV NICUs, with services expanding to six Level II Special Care Nurseries.
• Collaborate with Neonatologists in caring for all infants in the NICU and providing delivery services.
• Work evening shifts alongside Neonatologists in Level III-IV NICUs.
• Manage Level II units with in-house NNPs and Neonatologist rounds.
• Participate in a rotating schedule of 12 and 24-hour shifts and share responsibility for attending deliveries.
• No transport duties involved.
• Locums and visa candidates are not accepted.

• Master's Degree in Nursing (required).
• Board Certified NNP (required).
• Arizona License (or willingness to obtain, required).
• Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active, required).
• 2+ years of NNP experience (highly preferred).
• DEA must be obtained prior to start (required).

• NNP - Board Certified (cannot accept FNP, PNP, or any other NP certifications).
• Master's Degree in Nursing.
• Arizona License (or willingness to obtain).
• DEA obtained before starting the position.
