Job Description Physical Therapist (Full-Time & Part-Time) Location: New York City Employment Type: Full-Time and Part-Time openings available About Us We are a patient-centered outpatient clinic dedicated to high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy and excellent patient outcomes. We seek a motivated, compassionate Physical Therapist to join our collaborative team. Key Responsibilities Provide individualized evaluations, treatment plans, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions Deliver manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, modalities, and patient education Track progress, document thoroughly, and adjust plans of care Coordinate with referring physicians, chiropractors, PTAs, acupuncture and other staff Maintain high standards of patient experience, safety, and clinic efficiency Participate in team meetings, continuing education, and quality improvement initiatives Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s in Physical Therapy Current state PT license in New York CPR/BLS certification Strong clinical assessment and manual therapy skills Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Experience with orthopedic, sports, post-op, and/or specialized/pelvic floor populations a plus Schedule Full-Time: Approximately 40 hours/week Part-Time: Flexible hours; minimum 20-30 hours/week; schedule negotiable Compensation & Benefits Full-Time Benefits Competitive annual wage (commensurate with experience) 2 weeks paid vacation leave annually Full coverage for health insurance Continuing Education Units (CEU) coverage and paid CE time 401(k) plan with employer contribution/match (details based on eligibility) Productivity and performance bonuses Paid time off and other standard employer-paid benefits Part-Time Benefits Competitive hourly wage (commensurate with experience) Eligibility for certain benefits on a prorated/limited basis (e.g., CEU reimbursement, bonuses) — specifics based on hours worked and employment status Equal Opportunity: We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applicants of all backgrounds.
