Senior D365 F&O Developer

Role Description

The Senior D365 F&O Developer is responsible for driving the technical design, development, and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions. In this role, you’ll work with a team of developers & analysts, architect scalable solutions, build customizations and integrations, and collaborate closely with business and functional teams to deliver high quality, enterprise grade results.

This position reports to the Senior Manager ERP Applications and is part of the Global IT Department located in Hyderabad, India (or close to) and will be working remotely to cover United States (Pacific Time Zone & Europe Time Zone).

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Design, develop, and optimize D365 F&O solutions—including customizations, integrations, reports, and automation—using X++, Azure Integration Services, Power Platform, and modern development best practices.
• Manage environments, deployments, and DevOps processes, ensuring system reliability, performance, security, and compliance across global operations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams by providing technical expertise, performing code reviews, resolving complex issues, and supporting stakeholders across global projects.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of D365 development experience, with demonstrated ability to mentor, review code, and uphold engineering standards.
• Advanced expertise in X++, Visual Studio, .NET/C#, SQL, JavaScript, and modern D365 extension frameworks, capable of building scalable, maintainable, and performance‑optimized solutions.
• Deep experience with DMF, Data Entities, SSRS and data migration processes.
• Hands‑on proficiency with Azure integrations including Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, and event‑driven architectures.
• Strong background with Azure DevOps CI/CD, Git branching & skilled in designing reliable data pipelines and reporting solutions.
• Working knowledge of LCS, deployments, PPAC, Dual‑write, BYOD, and environment monitoring.
• Excellent problem‑solver with proven leadership and developer mentorship capabilities.

Requirements

• Broad power platform experience.
• Experience customizing Copilot or building AI-driven solutions with Copilot Studio.
• Experience in large-scale D365 migrations or upgrades.
