Rate – $Open (Best Possible) Job Description Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree or any equivalent combination of education and work experience. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from PMI. Detail oriented with a construction background. Strong contract management skills, as it relates to performing closeout of projects from general contractors. Demonstrated financial skills (budget management, financial reporting) for departmental level. Strong focus on collaboration, team building, and customer service.
