Duration: Contract - 12 months

Pay Range: $58/hr (W2)

Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to join our dynamic team supporting JPMorgan Chase's Consumer & Community Bank Technology organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in leading complex, cross-functional technology programs, stakeholder management, and technical solution delivery and a proven ability to translate business, technical, and operational objectives into executable plans that deliver measurable outcomes .

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic technical program plans aligned to organizational goals.
• Oversee execution of complex projects and programs, managing resources, budgets, timelines, and risks.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and define decision-making procedures that drive outcomes.
• Guide the selection and implementation of suitable technologies, platforms, and software tools.
• Champion continuous improvement and process optimization while navigating ambiguity and change.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of technical program management experience in large organizations.
• Impeccable communication skills with ability to influence and drive alignment.
• Understanding of project plans, project life cycle, and execution methodologies.
• Technical fluency and familiarity with contemporary platforms and software tools.
• Advanced analytical reasoning, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with vendor products, vendor management, and solution implementation.
• Ability to manage dependencies and lead through change in high-pressure environments.
• Resourcefulness and sound judgment on when to escalate or request support.

Preferred Skills:

• PMP certification.
• Cloud certification, preferably AWS.
• Experience in the Financial Services industry.
• Degree in a technical discipline preferred.

Role Logistics:

• Work schedule: Onsite, 5 days per week, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Interview process: Zoom, up to 2 rounds, preferably 1 panel or 2 back-to-back.
• RTH is considered but not guaranteed. Post-conversion grade 602-603.
• Not eligible for employer-sponsored immigration support post-conversion.
