THE GIST:

Our client, a rapidly growing AI-powered developer platform, is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support its Co-Founder & CEO. This is a high-impact, highly visible role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, anticipates needs before they arise, and loves bringing order to complexity. You'll serve as a true strategic partner to the CEO while helping drive company-wide initiatives, executive operations, and key moments across the organization.

THE NITTY GRITTY:

• Own an exceptionally complex calendar, ensuring the CEO's time aligns with the company's highest priorities.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, meetings, and logistics with precision.
• Partner closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to advance strategic initiatives.
• Track action items, follow through on commitments, and ensure priorities stay on course.
• Plan and execute company-wide meetings, leadership offsites, and executive events.
• Prepare materials, agendas, and briefing documents for internal and external meetings.
• Anticipate challenges and proactively implement solutions.
• Build strong relationships across the organization to improve communication and execution.
• Handle highly confidential information with exceptional discretion and judgment.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve executive operations and organizational efficiency.

 

THE ESSENTIALS:

• 7+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting C-level executives or founders in high-growth tech companies and/or startups
• AI fluency and passion for learning new technologies and improving workflows with AI tools.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Highly proactive with outstanding anticipation and follow-through.
• Incredible attention to detail
• Strong project management skills and ability to drive initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
• Comfortable operating independently with minimal direction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Naturally resourceful, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
• Bachelor's degree preferred

COMPENSATION: $135k to 200k base salary + bonus + equity + benefits (exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, and expertise)

*Compensation is aligned with experience, level, and role scope. Most offers fall within the mid-range, with the top of the band generally reserved for candidates with extensive, directly relevant backgrounds. Leveling is determined during the interview process
