Summer Camp Counselor - Family Life Center Family Life Center Camp, 16349 Chillicothe Road, Chagrin Falls , Ohio, United States of America Job Description We're looking for fun and creative seasonal camp counselors to lead and implement camp activities from the end of May through mid-August. Lead and facilitate daily camp activities for children of all ages. Ensure a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all campers and staff. Cooperate with program staff to develop activities in outdoor recreation, music, skits, sports, aquatics, and games. Maintain a respectful, supportive relationship with children, families, and co‑workers of diverse backgrounds. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. At least 18 years of age. Preference for 1‑year experience working with children in a day camp setting. Experience with outdoor recreation, songs/music, skits, sports, aquatics, and games. Ability to work effectively with people of different backgrounds, abilities, opinions, and perceptions. Must be willing to undergo a comprehensive background check.
