Plant Facilities Engineer

Selmet, a PCC Structurals company, is seeking a Plant Facilities Engineer to support our advanced titanium casting operations for aerospace and defense customers. In this role, you will own the reliability and performance of plant facilities, utilities, and building systems, ensuring safe, efficient operation of our manufacturing site. You will plan and execute preventive maintenance, lead facility projects and upgrades, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate closely with operations, maintenance, and EHS. This position offers exposure to advanced manufacturing, lean practices, and continuous improvement within a global, growth-focused organization.
