What You'll Do

• Lead and provide comprehensive neonatal care within a Level III NICU supporting 25-29 infants daily
• Manage high-acuity neonatal cases, including advanced interventions like high-frequency ventilation and hypothermia
• Participate in multidisciplinary team rounds and collaborative care models
• Support and deliver well-baby care in partnership with family medicine residents
• Work alongside pediatric subspecialists such as cardiology, surgery, and MFM specialists
• Engage in on-call rotation with every-other-night schedule
• Contribute to a teaching and academic environment supporting regional neonatal care standards
• Provide family-centered care within a community-focused healthcare system

What You Need

• Required: Medical license to practice in South Carolina, Board certification or eligibility in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine, fellowship completion or in progress
• Preferred: Previous experience in a Level III NICU, strong collaborative and leadership skills
