About the Role

Our rapidly growing regional agency is expanding our client account management team across the Greater Atlantaarea. We partner with local business owners, decision-makers, and employees to deliver voluntary workplace benefits and financial protection options. No prior insurance experience is required; we provide full, hands-on training and professional mentorship.

What You'll Do

• B2B Client Acquisition: Meet directly with local business owners and decision-makers to present tailored voluntary benefit packages.

• Employee Enrollments: Conduct and support workplace benefit enrollments and educate employees on coverage options.

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong ongoing partnerships with decision-makers and client organizations.

• Field Autonomy: Manage your weekly calendar, client follow-ups, and field activity using modern CRM tools.

• Team Development: Participate in ongoing agency strategy briefings, field coaching, and leadership workshops.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated with a strong drive to advance into leadership.

• Coachable attitude and eagerness to learn a proven sales process.

• Previous background in sales, customer service, athletics, hospitality, military, or management is a plus (not required).

• Authorized to work in the United States with reliable transportation.
