Warehouse Material Handler

Pay Range: $16.65hr - $21.65hr

Requirements:

• Ability to understand material movement and inventory levels.
• Ability to perform material movements both physically and systematically within controlled environments.
• Ability to process stock transfers, material requests, and put-away.
• Ability to load and unload trucks as required.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts or other equipment with appropriate training.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems for material management activity.
• Ability to utilize root cause analysis to research material movement and resolve discrepancies.
• Experience with cycle counting.
• Ability to participate in continuous improvement initiatives regarding warehouse material flow.
• Ability to identify efficiency gaps in systems and processes.
• Commitment to maintaining positive and cooperative communications and collaboration.
• Ability to adhere to all environmental, health, and safety SOPs, equipment policies, and procedures.
• Compliance with FDA regulations, regulatory requirements, and operating procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Execute material movements in a warehouse environment including loading and unloading trailers.
• Process receiving, put away, and cycle counting tasks.
• Perform de-crating and picking KTE carts.
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and stretch wrappers.
• Complete timely processing of assigned material movement tasks.
• Perform physical and systematic material movements within ESD controlled environments.
• Assist and train associates with on-the-job training as needed.
• Research material movement discrepancies using root cause analysis.
• Participate in safety, quality, and other committees if applicable.
• Participate in on-the-job training for warehouse and manufacturing processes, safety procedures, GMP, and ISO Standards.
