Make a meaningful difference in the lives of students by providing Occupational Therapy services in an engaging educational environment. This contract opportunity runs from August 6, 2026, through May 26, 2027, with a schedule of 35-40 hours per week. You’ll support a diverse caseload of elementary and/or middle school students, primarily across multiple buildings. Enjoy a blend of in-person and hybrid work, with three days onsite and two days remote each week.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Kansas
• Current CPR certification
• Experience with pediatric or school-based OT, preferred but not required
• Knowledge of Medicaid billing practices
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Organized, flexible, and able to manage varying caseloads

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students, supporting their educational access and participation
• Evaluate students’ motor and functional skills, developing individualized interventions
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to support student needs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including Medicaid billing as required
• Travel between multiple school buildings, as assigned
• Adapt strategies for both onsite and virtual service delivery, depending on the day
• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary teams, and professional development
