This contract role offers the opportunity to work both onsite and virtually, providing essential services to elementary and middle school students across several buildings during the upcoming academic year. You’ll play a key role in helping young learners develop skills for everyday success.

Key Qualifications:

• Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license is required
• CPR certification
• Previous experience working with school-aged children is highly desirable
• Comfortable handling a varied caseload and adapting to different school environments
• Familiarity with Medicaid billing, or willingness to learn
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver OT assessments and interventions to elementary and middle school students
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and Medicaid requirements
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to support student achievement
• Provide direct and indirect therapy services as outlined in students’ IEPs and 504 plans
• Travel between multiple school buildings as assigned
• Balance a weekly schedule of in-person sessions (3 days per week) and virtual sessions (2 days per week)
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute expertise to support whole-child development

This full-time contract spans the 2026-2027 school year, with hours ranging from 35 to 40 per week. Flexibility between in-person and hybrid work supports a dynamic and engaging professional experience.
