The role works collaboratively with the North American and Global Parts teams to support defined team and business objectives. This position encompasses multiple workstreams, with a significant focus on systems such as Syncron, SAP, and Excel. The ability to learn quickly is essential, and prior experience with similar systems is preferred.Position TypeFull Time, ExemptLocationOnsite at JCB Inc. in Pooler, Georgia.Benefits and Other CompensationJCB offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401 (k) retirement plan; paid time off and paid holidays.Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key AccountabilitiesPopulation and creation of dashboards (all frequencies)Compiling weekly business & departmental reportsTimely completion of analysis for NPIAd-hoc reportingSAP maintenanceUpdating and improving existing reportsUtilization of SAP, Syncron and JDS to extract dataWork within Syncron to execute forecast and inventory processesOrder management to ensure parts availability objectives are metProcess improvement and automation of existing processes / reportsOther duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree1-3 years of relevant experienceMust pass any drug screens, background checks, and any pre-employment tests, which will be conducted in accordance with applicable law.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain / Logistics or other quantitative fieldCPIM CertificationKnowledge, Skills, Abilities & CompetenciesProficiency with ExcelSAP experience preferableDemonstrated attention to detailVery strong organizational, analytical & time management skillsAbility to prioritize and to focus on details with attention to accuracy and deadlinesStrong interpersonal skillsJob ConditionsBoth office environment and occasionally manufacturing/factory environment.Subject to noise and temperature changes.Physical RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those required of an employee to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.
