Payroll Manager

Join our team! We are hiring for the role of Payroll Manager in the Office of Finance & Accounting. Essential Job Functions Supervise and direct assigned personnel. Operate payroll systems to protect data. Serve as the city's primary resource on Federal, State, and City payroll laws, regulations, & policies. Oversee all aspects of payroll processing. Serve as the primary administrator of the city's payroll software system(s). Serve as the primary point of contact for all city employees on payroll matters. Maintain payroll records.
