Pay Rate: $48/hr
Duration: Through 02/06/2027
Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours

About the Role:
Ulta Beauty is looking for a Project Manager to support the TikTok Shop go-to-market functions . The manager is specifically looking for candidates with broader marketing or general project management experience , rather than highly technical or creative-specific backgrounds.

You’ll help manage the GTM calendar for brand activations, TikTok campaigns, LIVEs, launches, and major events , while coordinating across internal teams and external vendors to keep projects and deliverables on track.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the TikTok Shop Go-to-Market calendar for campaigns, launches, activations, and LIVEs
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure deadlines and deliverables stay on track
• Support major activation moments, including UB World/FLC, Pinnacle Grand Opening, and brand LIVE events
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, notes, follow-ups, and program communications
• Track project updates, reporting, expenses, products, and activation deliverables
• Support process roadmaps, SOPs, newsletters, and program updates
• Maintain and prioritize the TikTok Shop enhancement backlog
• Partner with IT and product teams as needed to support business requirements and process improvements

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of merchandising, buying, category management, marketing, or project management experience
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills
• Experience working across cross-functional teams and external partners
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Interest in social media and the creator economy
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant professional experience
