Hiya There Collective: Affiliate Advertising and marketing Supervisor
We’re searching for a performance-driven Affiliate Advertising and marketing Supervisor to personal and scale our affiliate channel via CJ (Fee Junction). This position is answerable for driving income development, constructing high-quality writer relationships, and optimizing program efficiency throughout content material, loyalty, and deal companions.
You’re not simply managing a program—you’re actively rising it. That is open to candidates outdoors the USA solely.
Key Tasks
Program Possession & Development
- Personal day-to-day administration of the CJ associates program
- Develop and execute methods to drive scalable income development
- Set and hit month-to-month/quarterly efficiency targets (income, ROAS, CPA)
Writer Recruitment & Relationship Administration
- Proactively recruit new publishers throughout content material, commerce, loyalty, and influencer verticals
- Construct and preserve robust relationships with top-performing associates
- Negotiate placements, commissions, and unique alternatives
Marketing campaign & Provide Administration
- Plan and execute promotional calendars (seasonal, product launches, tentpole moments)
- Create compelling affords, bonuses, and incentives to drive companion efficiency
- Collaborate with inner groups on product priorities and messaging
- Repeatedly optimize fee buildings, companion combine, and placements
- Monitor attribution, incrementality, and companion high quality
Platform Administration (CJ)
- Handle CJ dashboard, together with companion approvals, hyperlink monitoring, creatives, and reporting
- Guarantee correct monitoring, attribution, and compliance throughout all companions
- Troubleshoot technical or monitoring points as they come up
- Work with paid media, influencer, and content material groups to align methods
- Accomplice with artistic groups to develop high-performing affiliate belongings
- Coordinate with finance on payouts, budgets, and forecasting
{Qualifications}
- 3+ years of internet affiliate marketing expertise, with hands-on CJ platform experience
- Confirmed observe file of driving income development via affiliate applications
- Robust relationships throughout affiliate publishers (media, content material, loyalty, and so forth.)
- Deep understanding of efficiency advertising and marketing metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV)
- Robust analytical and reporting abilities
- Expertise negotiating partnerships and placements
- Extremely proactive—comfy constructing from scratch, not simply sustaining
