Data Coordinator

Virtual Vocations Inc

Managing day-to-day CRM operations remotely, the full-time Data Coordinator will ensure the accuracy and synchronization of constituent data in Raiser's Edge NXT, execute data hygiene tasks, and provide end-user support and training to Foundation staff. Key responsibilities Oversee daily CRM operations, maintaining and updating constituent contact information and providing end-user support Execute data hygiene and deduplication tasks, including merging duplicate records and managing opt-out lists Own Direct Response mail lists and perform list-building and segmentation to support fundraising campaigns Required qualifications Minimum of three years of experience in data management or CRM support, preferably in a nonprofit setting Strong proficiency with Raiser's Edge NXT; familiarity with Luminate Online, HubSpot, or Salesforce is a plus Experience with data imports, exports, deduplication, and list segmentation Basic knowledge of SQL and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP Ability to provide training and support to staff with varying technical proficiency levels
