Assistant Director

The Assistant Director enforces and assists in the creation of expectations to consistently provide remarkable experiences for each guest, all day, every day. The Assistant Director is an ambassador of the brand and executes with Operational Excellence. They are effective and efficient in all operational aspects of the business, with a passion for service, excellence, and people.

Role Requirement

• Proven Senior Team Leader (Results)
• Meets all Knowledge Criteria
• Exemplary Trainer
• Proven ability for effective communication with others (verbal and Slack)
• Demonstrates ability to lead Team Leaders and Senior Team Leaders effectively
• Demonstrates the Character, Competency, and Chemistry required
• Vouched for by the Operator, GM, and most Directors
• Fully available 24/6 as the business needs
• Upholds the requirements of all Job Descriptions and Coordinator roles

• Sets the gameplan with their Operations Director to be executed by Senior Team Leads

Work Schedule

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Weekend availability
