Supply Chain Planning & Lifecycle Manager – Alastin Business Unit The Supply Chain Planning & Lifecycle Manager executes supply planning oversight for the Alastin Business Unit (BU), ensuring optimal inventory levels, minimizing disruptions, and improving supply chain efficiency for all products under the BU, including trade units, samples, kitting and new products. This role works closely with the Alastin commercial team, global planning, External Supply Organization (ESO), customer service, and logistics teams, and is also responsible for product lifecycle management through collaboration with business partners, functional groups, factories, and global supply chain. The position is accountable for ensuring launch excellence, monitoring the product portfolio throughout the lifecycle, analyzing, and making recommendations for lifecycle changes and/or SKU rationalization. Essential Functions Supply Planning & Inventory Management: Develop and manage supply plans to align with business forecasts, sales trends, and market demand; optimize inventory levels to balance service levels, working capital, and cost efficiency; implement strategies to minimize stockouts, overstock, and excess inventory risks; lead supply and demand balancing meetings; establish efficient planning processes through operating rhythms, business reviews, project updates, continuous improvement initiatives, and strategic deep dives. Product Lifecycle Management: Act as Supply Chain lead for Alastin on all product launches, lifecycle changes to existing products, and SKU rationalization across multiple organizational levels; contribute to the S&OP process; partner with Master Data Management to facilitate product set‑up; coordinate supply planning activities with marketing and launch project teams. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with demand planning, procurement, ESO, and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations; work closely with logistics, customer service and distribution teams to optimize fulfillment strategies; support new product launches by coordinating supply planning activities with marketing and launch project teams. External Stakeholder Management: Ensure speed to market through effective coordination of innovation and renovation projects; create and maintain operational scorecards; conduct tier meetings with external partners (suppliers, CDMOs, 3PLs) to enable ownership of actions and decision making; conduct activities within budget constraints and ensure timely management of external resources. Minimum Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 8+ years of experience in supply chain planning & inventory management in CPG, beauty, pharma, med device or similar regulated industry. Strong understanding of forecasting & planning processes and effective planning tools. Interpersonal & presentation skills, ability to manage multiple projects and work with diverse teams. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Teams. Advanced or expert proficiency in Excel techniques and statistical analysis; experience with VLOOKUPs, PivotTables. Experience in MRP systems; Oracle experience preferred. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a focus on continuous improvement and scalability. Ability to adapt in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines under pressure. APICS/ASCM certification preferred. Working Conditions & Physical Requirements This position is primarily office‑based, requiring prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Travel up to 10-20% may be required to visit manufacturing sites, suppliers, or other company locations. Must be able to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and via digital platforms. The work environment is generally quiet, with occasional exposure to manufacturing or logistics settings during site visits.
