Location: York, PA 17406 4-10s, day or evening shifts available $18-$19/hr

Position Summary

The Order Picker is responsible for accurately selecting, preparing, and moving customer orders within a fast-paced distribution center environment. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work efficiently to meet productivity goals while ensuring order accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and stage products according to customer orders using RF scanners, voice-picking technology, or pick lists.
• Operate material handling equipment, including electric pallet jacks and forklifts, as required.
• Verify item descriptions, quantities, and packaging to ensure order accuracy.
• Build pallets safely and securely for shipment.
• Replenish inventory and maintain organized storage locations.
• Perform quality checks on products and report damaged or missing items.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse duties as assigned.
• Keep work areas clean and organized to support operational efficiency.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive movements.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment following training and certification.
