Our clinics, located just minutes from downtown Minneapolis, primarily serve the thriving western suburbs of Crystal, Maple Grove, Osseo, and Plymouth.

We are currently seeking passionate Family Medicine Physicians who are excited to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care. This clinic-based role also offers the unique opportunity for admitting privileges at North Memorial Medical Center , giving you a rewarding mix of outpatient and inpatient continuity.

Position Highlights:

Full-time schedule: 4 days per week
Patient volume: ~1823 per day
Minimal call: 12 days per month
Newborn rounding & weekend call: ~34 weeks per year
Occasional cross-coverage at other clinic sites
