Leveraged Finance Capital Markets Desk - Analyst

As a Capital Markets Senior Analyst on the Leveraged Finance team, you will play a pivotal role connecting our investment banking and markets businesses while supporting a diverse range of clients. Your analyses and insights will directly inform senior decision-makers and be shared with corporate clients, financial sponsors, and Citi leadership. We seek driven, professional, and highly collaborative individuals to join our close-knit team, offering meaningful exposure to senior professionals across Leveraged Finance Capital Markets, Origination, and Credit Sales & Trading. Responsibilities: Organizing and analyzing sophisticated financial data used in client proposals and strategic plans Providing support on day-to-day activity and live transactions, including Leveraged Loans, High Yield Bonds, and Private Debt for financing purposes including leveraged buyouts, M&A, refinancings, and recapitalizations Creating summary materials on market conditions Evaluate company’s financial performance compared to overall industry and market trends Recommended Qualifications: 1-2 years of relevant experience in Leveraged Finance, Capital Markets, or a related field Series 7, 79 and 63 licenses Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and work ethic Ability to work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment in order to meet deadlines Team-oriented attitude Excellent analytical and quantitative skills Intellectual curiosity Education: Bachelor's degree/University degree #LI-JG2 ------------------------------------------------------ Job Family Group: Institutional Banking ------------------------------------------------------ Job Family: Investment Banking ------------------------------------------------------ Time Type: Full time ------------------------------------------------------ Primary Location: New York New York United States ------------------------------------------------------ Primary Location Full Time Salary Range: $110,000.00 - $135,000.00 In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
