Senior Associate, Leveraged Finance & Acquisitions

FourFound is seeking a Senior Associate to support the execution of leveraged finance, acquisition finance, rating advisory, and structured finance transactions. This role offers exposure across sponsor-backed financings, M&A transactions, high-yield bonds, and digital infrastructure financings. Key Responsibilities Execute LBOs, acquisition financings, high-yield bond issuances, and structured finance transactions Build financial models, credit analyses, and transaction materials Support due diligence, transaction structuring, and execution processes Prepare credit recommendations and investment committee material Work closely with clients, investors, sponsors, and internal stakeholders Mentor analysts and review junior team outpu Coverage Leveraged Finance Acquisition Finance Digital Infrastructure, AI & Data Center Finance Requirements 3–6+ years of experience in Leveraged Finance, Acquisition Finance, Structured Finance, or Investment Banking Strong financial modeling, valuation, and credit analysis capabil Experience supporting multiple live transactions in a fast-paced environments Strong communication skills and attention to detail #J-18808-Ljbffr FourFound
