We're hiring an  Entry-Level Event Customer Service Representative to join our team and support customer engagement at community events, promotional events, and in-person campaigns.

This is a great opportunity for recent graduates, individuals with no previous experience, retail and hospitality professionals, customer service professionals, and career changers who enjoy working with people and want to build valuable professional skills.

No previous event or customer service experience is required. Paid training is provided.

What You'll Do

• Represent clients and organizations at events and community activities
• Welcome and engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Provide information about products, services, programs, or promotions
• Answer customer questions and help identify their needs
• Assist with event setup, organization, and breakdown
• Participate in community outreach and promotional activities
• Maintain a positive and professional customer experience
• Work with team members to meet daily event and customer engagement goals
• Learn effective communication, presentation, and customer service techniques
