Location: Acton, MA (Hybrid)

Pay Rate: Up to $57.00/hour

Schedule: Hybrid schedule with onsite expectations of 1-2 days per week as needed

Looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on employee experience and workplace culture? We are seeking an experienced Sr. Employee Relations Specialist to support employees and managers across a variety of HR functions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required

Experience Requirements

• 5-8 years of employee relations experience
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment law
• Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills

Job Duties

• Support managers and employees with employee relations matters
• Conduct workplace investigations and provide recommendations
• Develop and administer performance improvement plans
• Partner with leadership on corrective actions and termination processes
• Manage Workday organizational updates and employee changes
• Analyze exit interview feedback and identify workplace trends
• Generate reports and provide strategic HR insights
• Deliver employee relations training and policy guidance

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
