TeamHealth is seeking a full-time, board-certified nurse practitioner or physician assistant with EM experience to join our team at PeaceHealth St. Joseph Medical Center. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to maintain a healthy work-life balance, while practicing in a supportive, collegial environment.
PeaceHealth St. Joseph Medical Center is a Level II, non-profit hospital with 238 total beds, and 44 ED beds. We are averaging 90 hours of physician coverage and 30 hours of APC coverage daily. This facility sees an annual volume of 69,000 visits per year with a 22% admit rate. Our dedicated team cares for high acuity levels, while seeing an average of 2.1 patients per hour. During all shifts our physicians respond to floor codes and will assist our APCs in the fast track. We have full specialty support teams available. Use of EPIC EMR and Dax CoPilot AI.
Position Overview
Join a collaborative and dynamic team focused on high-quality patient care and strong communication. Work in a respected, physician-led company with more than four decades of experience. Competitive compensation with an estimated all-in base salary of $86 to $111 hourly, which includes hourly rate and the RVU incentive plan averaged out over the last 12 months as a W2 clinician. New grads will go through a 60-day orientation at regular rate before moving to standard rate. Full-time clinicians are eligible for an excellent and comprehensive benefits package to include:
