Hospital Visitor Concierge
Towne
Towne is hiring a Visitor Management Concierge to warmly welcome visitors, vendors, and patients at hospital entrances. You will issue badges, manage visitor data with HIPAA-compliant privacy, and assist guests while coordinating with Baylor Scott and White Public Safety for a secure environment. Role requires strong customer service, English literacy, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospital setting.
