Our Clinic Directors oversee all aspects of the clinic operations, manage clinical and non-clinical staff, and work with patients to provide individualized treatment and plans of care. Clinic Directors play a pivotal role in promoting efficient service utilization and program development, collaborating with digital marketing strategies, and fostering communication with medical professionals and stakeholders to enhance service standards within the local community. With a commitment to cultivating excellence in patient care, Clinic Directors lead in facilitating and participating in continuing education, while also providing mentorship and individualized support to enhance team performance. Salary: $105,000 - $115,000

With productivity expectations below many outpatient industry standards, we prioritize sustainable practice environments that support high-quality patient care. Compensation:

• $95,000 to $110,000/year (based on location, experience, certs, etc.)
• If taking advantage of our clinician bonus plan, you can earn up to an additional $1,192.31 per paycheck ($31,000 annually).
• Welcome bonuses or student loan repayment offered for THIS opportunity (up to $10K)

What we look for:

• License or pending license as a Physical Therapist in the treating state
• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Eagerness to grow & learn
• Interest in pursuing a specialty outside of your standard ortho (sports, pelvic, vestibular, peds, neuro, geriatrics, etc.)
• Team player
