Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Med/Surg Telemetry RN for a float pool position requiring strong telemetry skills and an active MA RN license.

Details

• Float pool position within a hospital setting, floating between Med/Surg Tele units, PCU, ICU, and ED to care for medsurg boarders
• Caring for medsurg boarding patients across multiple units
• 12-hour rotating day/evening shifts with every other weekend required
• 36 hours per week
• Uses Epic EMR

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required in hand
• 2+ years of Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
• Strong telemetry experience required as candidate will be utilized in multiple units
• Epic EMR experience required
• BILH coversheet required at time of consideration
• Must pass Tele/ECG and Medication testing
• Required vaccines: COVID vaccine plus booster and Flu (medical exemptions allowed)

Additional Information

• Float pool RN caring for medsurg boarders across Med/Surg Tele, PCU, ICU, and ED units
• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible
• Local candidates are not accepted
• Previous BILH employees (travel, perm, or per diem) must have a 6+ month break from any BILH facility before returning
• First-time travelers may be considered
