At Home Genius Exteriors, we're looking for an elite Sales Recruiter who can identify, attract, and close high-performing sales professionals and sales leaders.

What You'll Do

Self-source top-tier sales talent through LinkedIn and other recruiting channels

Recruit and close one-call-close sales representatives

Recruit and close one-call-close sales leaders and managers

Build relationships with passive candidates

Create and execute recruiting strategies to support aggressive company growth

Partner with leadership to identify top talent before competitors do

Proven success recruiting sales professionals
Strong LinkedIn sourcing and recruiting skills
Hunter mentality with a competitive drive
Ability to identify top performers quickly
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Excellent communication and closing skills
Someone who takes pride in finding talent that others can't

Compensation

$70,000 Base Salary
