Ford Enthusiast Vehicles Communications Manager

Job Description As part of the Ford Communications team, the Enthusiast Vehicles Communications Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and executing communication strategies that establish Ford as a leader in off‑road and high‑performance markets. The role supports global reputation, stakeholder trust, and brand awareness through innovative campaigns and media outreach. Responsibilities Develop communications strategies and launch plans for the enthusiast vehicle portfolio, including Mustang, Bronco, and Bronco Sport. Manage ongoing storytelling, issue management, and high‑impact media placements with major publications. Collaborate with the Ford Performance team to leverage motorsports strategy in the U.S. for racing and off‑roading initiatives. Expand media reach into consumer and lifestyle platforms and engage influencers to amplify enthusiast vehicles. Coordinate with the Enthusiast Vehicles General Manager, marketing, engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment. Serve as project director for agile projects, supervising internal employees and managing agency partners. Partner with regional teams for amplification opportunities and integrate with employee communications. Manage budget for cost efficiencies and waste elimination across enthusiast vehicle programs. Deliver monthly metrics focused on brand awareness and reputation building. Pursue continuous personal development and leadership enhancement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. 7–10 years of increasing responsibility in automotive or high‑visibility product communications. Strong influence and negotiation skills with internal and external contacts. Excellent project management, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities. Detail oriented with strong consistency in execution. Passionate, customer‑centric, and a culture‑builder who champions diversity and belonging.
