We are seeking a Multimedia and Engagement Specialist to help us further our mission and achieve our business goals.

As the Multimedia and Engagement Specialist, you will shape key messages to inform employees, stakeholders, and the public about our critical work. You will create, develop, and implement engaging multimedia communications to promote WECC's mission to inspire and inform about critical information. You will support WECC with digital, multimedia, and internal and external communications needs.

You will—

• Create, promote, and implement communications campaigns including media, collateral, and promotional content.
• Create multimedia and web content, including recording and editing high-quality video content, multimedia presentations, and website presence.
• Manage WECC's social media accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook) and develop new social media opportunities as appropriate, analyze and complete digital campaigns, develop stories and interactions, and review and respond to feedback, as applicable.
• Use your knowledge of graphic design for print, digital publication, and use.
• Use photography and video tools to create, develop, and manage organizational activities.
• Edit and proofread critical communications and announcements, internal and external communications, and material for presentation to the Board of Directors.

You will enjoy this role if you—

• Hold a bachelor's degree in journalism, marketing, instructional design, or an equivalent area of education in communications. In lieu of a degree, you must have work experience related to multi-media and graphic design that demonstrates your ability to perform the basic job duties.
• Have at least three years of experience in leading media and communication programs including digital communications, social media, and content strategy.
• Have exceptional skills in writing original, engaging content.
• Are a self-starter with superior written and spoken communication skills.
• Can work creatively with graphic design.
• Have proficiency with editing and proofreading.
• Have a strong attention to detail.

Benefits and Compensation

The base salary range for this full-time position is $61,961-$77,451 + discretionary pay + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum for the position across all locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter will share more details during the hiring process.
